Recently Completed Family Room/Fireplace Renovation
Designed and completed by Roche Painting.
1. Demoed the existing fireplace to make way for a redesigned updated look.
2. Framed out larger opening for the new fireplace and staggered it off of the wall to create depth.
3. Installed new oversized hearth, cement board backing and stacked stone.
4. Installed new wood mantle and ceiling beam.
5. Installed decorative ship lap molding along both sides of the fireplace to make it a stand out as the main focal point in the room.
6. Prepped and painted the room from top to bottom.
7. Installed hanging chandelier from the wood ceiling beam.
